$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libpoppler44 

libpoppler44 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libpoppler44 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpoppler44 *

You will get with libpoppler44 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
